I have had a few pike in my time, but nothing prettier than this one, size means absolutely nothing when they look as pristine as this one did, the fight weren't bad either. Show Pike!

DeletePike from little streams and tiny rivers are a different animal, so easily spooked, they examine the bait and nine times out of ten leave it or spit it out instantly. But the reward when you get one goes far beyond weight - cracking fish!

DeletePristine, looks similar to the pike in my closest river, hard to catch but alawyworth the effort.
